Nice job with the layout of your zine. I can tell you were really paying attention to the discussions we had in class and the magazine layouts you searched through. My favorite composition by far is the one that includes the man in the chair. I like the way you've created a bridge between two pages.
In addition, I enjoy the concept of your cover. I wish, however, that it had more of a connection to the zine's contents. Would it have been possible to achieve something similar using magazine cutouts? What about cutting and pasting in type like you did in the rest of the zine? This continuity among details matters.
Your commentary on the spaces is a good starting point. However, you need to focus on providing more critical analysis. What works? What doesn't (surely somethings don't)? Why?
